Did You Know… Every copy you take on a photocopier leaves an image on the hard drive?
It’s true, the copier in the corner of the office now has the same technology as a computer, it has an internal hard drive that takes an image of each file that goes through the machine, whether it’s a copy, scan, print, email or fax. This (often personal) information falling into the wrong hands could have disasterous effects.
