How do I take a meter reading?

This very much depends on the make and model of your printer. If you do not have a user manual please call our help desk on 01892 664999 where you will be able to speak to an advisor.

Where can I find my machine model number?

In most cases the model number can be found on the front panel of your machine.

How can I book a service?

You can book a service in three ways:

What is my account number?

We use your account number to process orders. Your account number can be found on the top portion of either an invoice or a statement.

Where can I find my machine serial number?

In most cases you will have a Newman service sticker on your machine and it will be on that.
