Microsoft 365  ‘New Commerce Experience’ price change notification.

Last year, Microsoft introduced the ‘New Commerce Experience’ where clients were able to purchase Microsoft 365 Subscriptions at the previous rates by signing up before 1 March 2022 (later extended to 31 March 2022).

From 1 March, these subscriptions will be coming into their renewal window and it is important you are aware of the impact of the increases. The table below sets out the new RRPs from 1st March:

May we remind you of Microsoft’s cancellation policy following renewal where Clients have a 7 day window from the Anniversary date in which to make reductions to license quantities, reduce commitment periods or to cancel subscriptions outright.
